Zinger Burger

Hello everyone!

The zinger burger is a famous KFC item but its also a common name used to describe any breaded chicken burger. Here's a quick and easy way to make this absolutely delicious burger with a spicy hint.

Zinger Burger
serves 6

Ingredients

Marinate-
6 chicken breasts, pounded
2-3 tablespoons white vinegar
2-3 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Batter & Coating-
2 egg + pinch of salt
3/4 cup flour
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup corn flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
Panko bread crumbs

Buns
Lettuce
Mayo

To start, make your marinate by mixing together the vinegar, mustard, chilli powder, garlic powder, salt in a medium sized bowls. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinate and leave them covered for 30 minutes or as long as you can.

Meanwhile, beat 2 eggs and a pinch of salt together in a small bowl and leave it aside. Mix together the flour, baking powder, corn starch or flour, salt, and peppers together in a bowl and set it aside. Take out around 2 cups of panko in a wide plate and set it aside as well. Also, heat a frying pan with 2 inches of oil on medium-high heat to deep fry the chicken.

To prepare the chicken for frying, first coat it in flour, then egg, flour, egg, and lastly, panko. Deep fry it for 7-10 minutes or until it is golden brown and your set!

Prep your burgers and enjoy! :)
