Making a crepe cake has been at the top of my baking bucket list for a long time. When Lindsay at Love and Olive Oil did a kitchen challenge for crepe cakes, it was just the push I needed to make it. I finally got the perfect opportunity to make it when I had a couple friends over. That meant enough people to help me finish off the cake.
